Short description

She is joined by Kirsten Dunst as her younger sister Amy, Claire Danes as Beth and Trini Alvarado as Meg. All four actresses bring their characters to life with such emotion and depth that you can’t help but be drawn into their lives. They are supported by an amazing cast of supporting actors including Susan Sarandon as Marmee March, Gabriel Byrne as Professor Bhaer, Christian Bale as Laurie Laurence and Eric Stoltz as John Brooke.

The cinematography in Little Women is beautiful. The film captures the beauty of New England in all its glory with sweeping shots of rolling hillsides and quaint towns. The costumes are also stunningly accurate to the period with intricate details that make them look like they were taken right out of a history book.

The music in Little Women is also wonderful. It captures the emotions of each scene perfectly with its sweeping strings and gentle piano melodies. It adds an extra layer of emotion to each scene that really helps to draw you into the story even more.

Overall, Little Women is an amazing movie that stands the test of time. It has a great story filled with loveable characters that you can’t help but root for throughout their journey together. The acting is superb from all involved and the cinematography captures the beauty of New England perfectly while also being historically accurate to the period it’s set in.
