And Tom Everett Scott shines as Guy Patterson, whose passion for music drives him to keep pushing forward despite all of the obstacles that come his way.
The soundtrack for That Thing You Do! is also fantastic and features some classic songs from The Wonders such as "That Thing You Do!", "Little Wild One", and "Shrimp Shack". These songs perfectly capture the energy and excitement of being in a rock band during this era and help bring this story to life on screen.
